How much automobile insurance have you purchased? If you don’t know the answer, then maybe it’s time to review your policy. Automobile insurance is required in Arizona. According to ADOT,
Arizona requires that every motor vehicle operated on our roadways be covered by one of the statutory forms of financial responsibility, more commonly called liability insurance, through a company that is authorized to do business in Arizona. This includes golf carts, motorcycles and mopeds.
Minimum levels of financial responsibility are:
- $15,000 bodily injury liability for one person and $30,000 for two or more persons
- $10,000 property damage liability
The minimum levels of insurance may not be enough to protect you and your assets if you are at fault in an accident. The article below may open your eyes to why you may want or need to purchase more.
